Why "On-Line Curb Appeal" Is So Important Now
In today’s world, the “1st showing” of any property is most likely to occur on the internet. Then, if the buyer is intrigued by what they see “on-line”, they will ask for an actual “walk-thru” to confirm their thoughts and feelings about a house. Thus, the “walk-thru” is actually the 2nd showing. By the way, according to a recent survey, 95% of homebuyers used the internet in their search for a home and 51% found the home they bought on the internet. Plus, 89% of them ranked photos as the most important feature of a real estate web site. Thus, it is imperative that your home has a top notch on-line presence with many high quality, well composed, well lighted and properly sequenced photos, because the competition starts there.

When I put my “On-line Property Presentation” together, my goal is to create the best match of a buyer to a particular home. My strategy for achieving that is to create a captivating on-line presentation of the home. This system will provide great “1st showings” of your property “on-line” and give you the best opportunity of having the best matched buyers ask for a “walk thru” of your home. The walk thru then becomes that buyer’s “2nd showing” and you are well on your way to getting the best buyer for your home and getting it sold.
